At First Look Studio, every product is specially customized according to the customer’s request. Therefore, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Customized Products
Since all products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong photo uploaded by the customer.
- Wrong text or spelling provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Color or design variations due to screen settings.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product.
- The wrong product.
- A printing mistake made by us.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package

After verification, we will provide a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the design or printing process starts.
Once customization or printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5โ7 business days.
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India. However, COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
